In order to enhance the quality of communication activities and brand promotion of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education. The university announces the of the new interface and the transition of the website system of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education to the units with the following specific information:
- Launch of the Beta version of the University Website:
- Access address: https://beta.hcmute.edu.vn.
- Trial operation period: From September 17 to 24, 2026.
- System transition and official operation of the University Website:
- Access address:://hcmute.edu.vn.
- Time: From September 25, 2026.
- The old website after transition will be archived and redirected to: https://2026.hcmute.edu.vn
- Implementation organization 3.1 Units under and affiliated with the University:
- Information on addresses and encouragement for staff and employees in the units to actively access the Beta version of the University website to experience the new interface during the trial period and provide feedback on issues related to content, display capability, links, or technical functions to help the system achieve best quality before official operation.
- Collect feedback (if any) and send it to the Brand Management and Communication Office email: bmc@hcmute.edu.vn or contribute via the online form publicly posted on the Website before September 25, 2026.
- Assign and send information of leaders and staff responsible for the unit’s Website (According to the attached form) to the email: bmc@hcmute.edu.vn before September 29, 2026 to prepare for the website system transition at the unit. 3.2 Brand Management and Communication Office: coordinate with the Computer Information Center as the focal point to receive feedback, handle arising issues, and organize the transition, ensuring the system operates safely, stably, and continuously. announcement is sent to units for implementation./.
